We also have our in-house Support and Rehabilitation Service team who are here to help you and your family adjust to life after a serious injury, by working with health care professionals to get access to the rehabilitation you need.

We may signpost you to another legal services provider if the likely value of your claim is considered to be less than £10,000, which is then deemed to be a ‘fast track claim’.  This is because these types of claims must be started in the Ministry of Justice portal and the procedure to be followed is entirely different to the one used for more substantial claims.  It is however crucial not to make any assumptions about the potential value of your claim without first seeking legal advice. We can advise you of the best way to proceed during your free initial consultation.

Professional discipline – Defending professionals in respect of fitness to practise / disciplinary investigations and proceedings with a wide variety of regulators, including GMC, NMC, GPhC, GDC, GOC, HCPC and SWE.  We can provide advice from an early stage, draft representations and provide representation at interim order, review hearings and final hearings.  We can also provide advice to employers who have referred their staff to a professional regulator.  We provide advice in relation to CQC investigations and provide representation at any subsequent magistrates’ court hearings. 

Criminal matters – Defence of individuals in respect of alleged offences including: theft / dishonesty offences, damage of property, offences against the person (assaults – ABH, GBH, attempt murder, murder), sexual offences, harassment / stalking, public order offences (threatening behaviour, affray, violent disorder), and computer / device misuse offences (malicious communications, hacking, possessing / distributing indecent images).

Motoring offences – Defence of individuals where there are allegations of different motoring offences: speeding / ‘totting up’ penalty points, failing to notify driver details, drink-driving, failing to provide a breath sample, drug driving, careless driving, dangerous driving, and also the more serious driving offences where serious injury and fatality is involved – e.g. causing death by dangerous driving.

Courts Martial – Defence of service personnel facing Court Martial for matters prosecuted by HM Armed Forces.
